"Fantastic" is basically a catchall term that gets thrown into a lot of listings. It seems moderately unlikely that this $11,000 house is really located in a "fantastic rental area," but what's more concerning is the second sentence. Wait—does this mean that the siding of this house is actually made of asbestos? Is that supposed to be a selling point? Or is it something they were legally required to divulge? "Needs some TLC. Also some TLAsbestos removal." In any case, some fantastic marketing here.

Not that it really has anything to do with the location, but this is a terrifying photograph.

Whatever the case, this is a fantastically odd fireplace.

This one might require a little additional explanation.
