It seems moderately unlikely that this $11,000 house is really located in a "fantastic rental area," but what's more concerning is the second sentence. Wait—does this mean that the siding of this house is actually made of asbestos? Is that supposed to be a selling point? Or is it something they were legally required to divulge? "Needs some TLC. Also some TLAsbestos removal." In any case, some fantastic marketing here.
