Singer and actor Ricky Martin has moved his vida loca to NYC's Upper East Side, dropping $5.9M on a four-bedroom condo. Martin, who plays Che in the Broadway revival of Evita, was previously renting a place in Manhattan for $32,500 a month—a whole lot of cash, although he did rake in $12.8M for his Miami manse about a month ago.
