The good thing about a word like "distinctive" is that brokers often use it correctly. For instance, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom house located on a golf course in Texas is absolutely distinctive, what with its "modern architectural flair" (sure), "arched walls 'portals'" [sic], and "Mother in Law plan" (what?). Not that any of those things could reasonably be expected to entice buyers, but at least no lies are being told in this listing. Looking at the rest of the pictures is highly recommended.

Does this mean that it was designed by an actual European, or just in the European style? And if it's the former, did anybody check his European credentials?

Another possible double meaning. Either these windows are very unique, or each one is clearly separate from the next one. Probably the latter.
