Onwards and upwards: country superstar Carrie Underwood, who will soon build her dream house on a 400-acre property in Nashville, has sold her home in nearby Franklin, Tenn., for $372,500. Built "for a non-famous person," as TMZ describes it, the place pales in comparison to other Franklin offerings, from the country's most utterly ridiculous wine cellar to a 19,000-square-foot mansion pompously named "Bella Rosa."
