Welcome back to The Brokerbabble Glossary, where Curbed takes a word or phrase that shows up repeatedly in listings and deciphers its true meaning. Ideas? Hit up the tipline.

Occasionally, the research phase of The Brokerbabble Glossary turns up a word that, unlike almost every other word, brokers simply do not use haphazardly.* Want to see some crazy houses? Filter your search with the word "enchanting." It's like all the brokers made a secret pact to only use that word when the house in question might actually have the ability to put some sort of magical enchantment on people. Especially the place pictured above—it's not entirely clear what those statues are doing (raising the roof?) but you probably shouldn't look directly into their eyes.

*Which is not to say that they use it correctly, but still.

This entire house looks like a really nice airport. It needs more weird little plants!

a) This is nuts, but also kind of great, and b) Why are so many statues getting described as enchanting? What is going on with the statues in Houston?

To be fair, Legos can be pretty enchanting, and this house looks a like a giant Lego.
