Rumormongering: A tipster tells Curbed Miami that... Feb 14th 2013, 16:45 A tipster tells Curbed Miami that four Arab princes will be renting the $38M Malibu estate owned by New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez. A-Rod listed the place in August, but, after failing to find a buyer, took it off the market in January.
