Of the 12 priciest Boston sales of the year (so far), the cheapest is a 4,181-square-foot triplex that traded in August for $4.5M. It spent eight months on the market, which means the city must not have any clothes horses whatsoever: the four-bedroom home has a whopping 14 closets.
